Writers need readers. So honestly, I'm confused at reading some of these comments. It seems there is some kind of corporate greed at play here. I just lost my home in the Palisades Fire. I have nothing, but this computer and my love for writing to keep me going.

My concern is if I'm just feeding a corporate machine with little respect for its employees.
