Gosh darn funny!

Inmates with nothing to do behind bars seem to file an awful lot of lawsuits. Robert Lee Brock was serving time at Indian Creek Correctional Center in 1995 when he filed a lawsuit against himself for violating his civil rights -and sought compensation of $5 million from the state.
